Just about every gadget maker out there knows that it’s not just sufficient to bring out a cool gadget; you got to have a good number of people out there going crazy pimping your gadget. Talking about the iPod, we all know it has no dearth of manufacturers waiting to accessorize it. But uptill now, we’ve pretty much seen the same type of stuff, skins, holders, chargers n all that. I always wonder what the rich do with the truckloads of money they got, coz I don’t see the world becoming a little less poorer or more happier anyway, so they’re obviously not donating or serving mankind. But when I step upon gadgets like these, I know where all the cash is getting flushed down.

What we have here is the iDiamond earphones for $6,400. I don’t see it serving your ears any extra-ordinary, nor do I see anyone wearing it all the time like a pair of earrings, so I wonder what’s the point of such a gadget, and whether someone actually buys them. (more…)
