I should be busy searching for a wedding ring but the iRing definitely caught my eye. Designed by artist Victor Soto , the iRing controls playback with your wireless and Bluetooth enabled Apple gadgets such as the iPhone and the iPod. It comes with a touch-sensitive OLED display.
The iRing lets you control the volume, play, and pause your favorite song or video. It may not have 4 karat stones but it’s definitely worth a second glance.

The thing about the iPod is that it is indispensable from every part of life. Well, but the next time you want that girl, check out your new playlist as this might be a place to take her, behind the shower curtains, the iPod Shower Radio. This is for sure going to make me happy when I want to practice my vocals when I am getting ready for work. (more…)

For the chauvinistic men in the world for whom women are nothing more than mere maids at home, this might be a good reason not to get married. What we have here is the Voice-controlled blender. Yeah, you heard it right. So going back to the topic of chauvinistic men, if all kitchen appliances became voice-controlled someday, you can imagine men naming them after every woman they’ve slept with, and calling out to them to perform those cooking and cleaning functions that these appliances are meant to do. Alas, for them, it’s not that much of an ideal world yet. (more…)

Okay, I can hear shouts of “pink stuff again!” now. I like pink but I don’t like my gadgets to be pink but this one certainly caught my attention. Not because it screams girl power but my lust for an LCD TV is the culprit. The pink Sony Bravia S Flat Panel HDTV can be added to any girl’s growing addiction to pink gadgets.
If its “pinkness” is not enough to make watching TV more pleasurable, then Sony’s Bravia TV technology will bring out the potato couch in you. (more…)

Everyone can make a stylish, elegant looking watch, but not many can make something that truly stays close to your heart right? Exmocare’s been looking to break that jinx for a while now, and from what we learn of its new creation, it looks like its got something great in the offering. What it has managed to develop is a wrist watch that records your heart rate, heart rate variability, movement and galvanic skin response, all of which helps it understand your emotional condition. Seriously, the Smart Wardrobe is what I have in mind all these years. My cabinet is overflowing with clothes and I’ve always wanted to have a computerized walk-in-closet. But I don’t live in a mansion so I have to live with just buying cabinets to store my new clothes. The Smart Wardrobe reminds me of Alicia Silverstone’s character Cher’s closet in the now classic movie “Clueless” where she had a remote controlled closet and Princess Mia’s closet in “Princess Diaries”. For my own closet, I thought of taking pictures of my clothes and shoes and upload them to an online album that I could easily browse. (more…)

Seems the iPod accessory craze will never end. The latest addition: The iPod Backpack. With just too many iPod accessories popping here and there every few days or so, consumers would be hard-pressed to decide which ones they actually need as opposed to what they just want. But the something that offers convenience and safety might be something that would fall into “needed” category, such as the iPod Backpack. (more…)

U sure love your lady a lot, but you don’t wanna run into an accident talkin to her on phone while driving? Then again, you don’t want to have a rockstar collision either while switching tracks on the oh-so-sleek iPod, isn’t it? Looks like the German Carsten Mehring from Stuttgart has a solution that’s going to make the traffic police smile. What he has designed is the glove remote control for the iPod and other tech gadgets (more…)

The LCD displays sure have been around for longer than we’ve talked about it, but then again, it’s the preferred thing these days, init? All flast and squarish, its easily unobservable now. But then how about a round LCD? Sounds beautiful huh? Trust me, it looks great too (look at the picture above). It’s been developed by Toshiba Matsushita Display Technology Limited, so you can be sure it would be well worth your money. (more…)
