I am a regular with iTunes. Well, I’m sure almost everybody is, but I just don’t like to read the user comments which are all given by the same person who is somehow on a personal music manifesto and trying to make me buy the album. The clips are too small; moreover, why on earth should I spend a dollar each time when I got my dollar menu at McDonalds waiting for my buck?
We all need unlimited downloads in this age of “unlimited.” MOG does just that after it lately teamed up with Rhapsody. The website does not want you to download any extra software and lets you play music straight from the browser; the interface is user friendly too. I also need lots of opinions from different listeners who are not the same people with different nicknames. (more…)

Gosh, we’ve seen so many wake up concepts, that it seems better to just time your body to being up at a certain time each morning, than leaving yourself in the hands of technological mongrels. But maybe. this concept that we have here is something refreshing and totally with the times. Talk about networking, and everyone has an opinion on it. Oh the age of facebook and myspace have quite revolutionised the way people keep in touch, so why not put it to some good use too? For example, the site that we have here, sleep.fm lets your networking buddies wake u up each morning with an audio track or well, (more…)

Seriously, my right thumb was hurting like crazy last night. This is the first time since I learned to tap on a keyboard and used a mouse a decade ago. I decided to use the trackpad instead but my sore thumb was just aching for the mouse button and scroll wheel.
But I think good old mouse will forgive me if I I switch to the SafeType Mouse. It’s a revolutionary watch in Space Navigator’s fashion. The hi-tech mouse allows the arms, shoulder, and hand muscles to relax and be more comfortable ever. (more…)

Since the 1st of December, I could feel the cold wind Christmas season brings. I have to take a hot shower, wear thicker clothes, not use the air-con, and wear a pair of socks while sleeping! And it’s not even snowing. Not that we have snow in my side of the world..it’s just freezing. So I bet the Soothing Herbal Heat Slippers will be ideal when I want comfortable warmth.
At first glance you’d think it’s a pair of baby shoes but this one’s for adults. The slippers come with removable herbal insert that can be stored inside a microwave when you want heat or the freezer when you need a little cold therapy. The slippers are made of sherpa fleece and has polyester soles that are non-slip. (more…)

Now, there have been many fake versions of the iPhone and the iPod circulating in the black market. I’ve also seen fake Nokia N95s so a clone of the new generation stubby iPod Nano did not surprise me at all. I just wonder why people won’t just buy the real thing. Price perhaps is the biggest factor but with this Nano, I say, the added camera feature explains it.
Steve Job’s Apple hasn’t really been generous with the trigger happy cam whores because iPods still have no cameras to boot. And so the M2406MP4 player is a cheaper alternative. It comes with 2.4 inch video screen, 2.0MP camera, built in speaker that iPods still don’t have, and guess what—a Mini SD slot. iPod Nano okays AVI video format as well as MP3,WMA,WMV, and WAV audio files.

If you’ve been doing the rounds of all major electronic salehouses offlate, expecting something pleasurable and un-usual to come out of the shelves, you’ve definitely not been too lucky, have you? Maybe you’ll be in for a few surprises when you walk into mStation, which as we all know has a track record of offering us some fairly good deals. What they have as of now in the “coming soon” (I love it when they call something that; it makes the most uninteresting things interesting) category is a theatrebar that is slim and sleek enough to go with the ambience of your room without destroying the sex appeal of your flatscreen. (more…)

Oh no, another pink gadget but this one I particularly like. Seriously, I can forget about buying an iPod Touch to replace my 3 year old iPod Mini which I name Polly. And besides, I don’t get to listen to the thousands of songs I store so I guess this 2 GB model would be enough. Innoman was fortunate to have been given by Mattel, Barbie’s home, to produce a girly music player. Called ‘B2′, this player features an ‘L-type touch screen’ and 1.1 inch OLED.Aside from MP3 playback, the B2 also comes with FM radio, image viewer, and voice recorder.

Okay, stop drooling. The laptop from Sony you see above is just a concept so don’t expect I’d list the technical specs. This Sony Vaio concept was designed by Japanese Eno Setiawan. Looks like the modern world is more than ready to go into the Star Wars future what with the holographic technology that we can see. The Holographic Vaio Zoom concepts features glass keyboard and screen when off. When turned on, the touchscreen technology comes to life. But I still think we’re far from seeing this technology on laptops. No, not yet, since the multi-touch screen technology has just entered the gadget scene.

I’ve heard of people using 2 separate monitors at the same time but I have yet to see a model than can actually be used in more ways than one. BTC, a Korean company, recently released 15-inched dual monitors called the “150DS” in Korea. First look at the product, I remembered the phenominal Transformers. This may not turn to a truck, car, or a plane but the monitor is just plain beneficial especially to those in the customer service industry.
Currently available for the Korean market, there is still no report on the price and when it will be available to the rest of the gadget-hungry countries.

Well, the world’s becoming pocket-sized and crunchy enough to get rid of all the bulk and do things the small, sexy and Chinese way. What you see above just exemplifies a little more of that lifestyle change. These are nothing but credit card sized video players, that are totally packed with the best features, so don’t just go by their size. Not just that, they are just the right size for you to make a last minute stuff into your pocket to catch up on all that video or presentation you need to. Priced at $99.99, they’re worth their weight in gold. (more…)
