Leopard Roars with 2 Million Copies
Since the much-awaited release of the newest Mac OS X Leopard, Apple has already sold a staggering 2 million copies. That is only over the weekend and includes sales of retail stores, resellers, the online store, and the new Mac computers as reported on Apple’s website.
Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs was confident that the Leopard will roar a lot louder than the Tiger because it has been highly anticipated since its first announcement. Loaded with 300 new features, the Mac OS X Leopard is expected to improve the sales of the other Apple computers. “Leopard’s innovative features are getting great reviews and making more people than ever think about switching to the Mac”, Jobs further added.
