While you’re still wondering what to do with the worn-out table fan that lies in your cupboard, some one out there is up to more innovative thinking. No offence to your creativity, but this guy, Terry Bacon, seems to have made something awesome out of an old Chevy V8 engine block. And the cool thing is that, that ‘something awesome’ is nothing other than a BBQ! Gasping huh? iPhone lovers who take utmost care of their dear new Apple wonder phones might wanna get their hands on this hardwood cover asap. iWood, a U.S. company that is in the business of manufacturing wooden cases for Apple iPods (namingly for the iPod video and the iPod Nano), is about to debut their first mahogany case for the iPhone. According to the Wall Street Journal’s today issue, users of TiVo Inc.’s digital video recording service will be able to order movies from Amazon.com Inc. directly from their television sets starting today. The story further reads: “The two companies partnered in March to deliver Amazon’s Unbox download service to TiVo machines, but the feature required customers to place their orders on a computer through Amazon’s Web site.” Well, so far so good. The big question is just: Who cares? I am 100% sure, that Tivo is a dying service and technology - and so are DVR’s in general. Video websites and TV recording services such as Save.tv are already taking over …

Nothing irritates me more than having to take a long flight across countries, and realize that my iPod or mp3 player ran out of power. It’s worse when you realize that they are about to play the most awful movie of the century for your entertainment (sometimes I just wonder why they torture us with that stuff) and you want to all but snap off it and tuck yourself into the pillow with your favorite music. But hey, hey, hey, we have good news for you. Inflight Power Recharger Cables can keep you from having to go through that tragedy. Sure, the competition is getting trickier each day, what with mobile phone providers at their rival best in outdoing each other, especially with Apple’s iPhone having set the stage afire! But while iPhone is still basking in its initial weeks of success, LG might be the next in line to gather all the hype. It’s already tied up with the king of all search engines, Google, for its new LG ETA, and now is all set to conquer another favorite among internet junkies, YouTube (steadfast videos, quick upload and download boomerang). I love Bluetooth. I can share tons of files from cell phones to cell phones in just a short nick of time. What’s more, it is free. I can share all I want and download all I want without any fee. The problem is, Bluetooth waves can only reach a short distance. Well, worry no more. AIRCable proudly presents their new Bluetooth adapter that can connect cell phones and headsets to a distance as much as 30 kilometers! All you need to do is plug the device to a USB port and - voila - connect from a greater distance. It is cool that this device is compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux systems! The price of the system is $129. This adaptor makes life easier. I can now take my calls trough a Bluetooth ear phones and walk a few distance even if my cell phone is left at home.
