iWood: Sturdy Mahogany case for your iPhone
iPhone lovers who take utmost care of their dear new Apple wonder phones might wanna get their hands on this hardwood cover asap. iWood, a U.S. company that is in the business of manufacturing wooden cases for Apple iPods (namingly for the iPod video and the iPod Nano), is about to debut their first mahogany case for the iPhone. The case will protect the almighty device from smudges and scratches. It has a polycarbonate front that will act as protector for the delicate touch screen. It will also prevent Apple’s latest super gadget from breaking so easily thanks to the sturdiness of wood. To make the cover more personal, one can engrave a monogram at the back of the case which -of course- owners can’t do with a plastic-based protector. The casing also has pre-carved holes for headphones, camera and dock connector. That way, one can choose not to separate phone with its “skin” for life. The Deluxe wood case for the Apple iPhone will be available later this month. Pricing is not yet available. (Seph)
